Simon Fortier

Simon Fortier, PhD, is a Director of RNA Valorization at Axelys, with previous experience as a Research Manager in Science and Medicine at the World Anti-Doping Agency. Simon's earlier roles include serving as a Principal Research Advisor at the Institut de recherche en immunologie et en cancérologie (IRIC), where they managed the Leucegene project and conducted early drug discovery research. Simon completed a PhD in Cell/Cellular and Molecular Biology at the Université de Montréal and holds degrees in Biochemistry from both the Université du Québec à Montréal.
