Nerrant Mathilde

Mathilde Nerrant has a diverse background in human resources and talent management. NERRANT began their career at AXA as a Recruitment & Campus Manager from February 2003 to September 2004. NERRANT then worked at Tetra Pak as an HR Business Partner from March 2005 to May 2006. Next, they joined Unibail-Rodamco as a Talent Acquisition Manager from August 2006 to July 2008, where they focused on recruitment for finance roles. After that, they moved to Alcoa Power and Propulsion as an HR Manager from July 2008 to October 2013, leading the HR function and aligning HR strategy with business goals. Currently, they are employed at Axens, where they have held multiple roles including Recruitment & HR Development Manager from October 2013 to December 2017, Head of Talent Management from January 2018 to February 2023, and currently serves as the Global Talent Management Director.

Nerrant Mathilde obtained a DESS degree in Management des RH et Communication from CELSA Paris-Sorbonne in 2002-2003. NERRANT also completed a DEA degree in Droit Social & Droit Syndical from PARIS X NANTERRE in 2001-2002. Additionally, Nerrant Mathilde has a certification in Certified Management Drives from SERENSYS.
