Ranjai B. has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade, with roles in various companies. Ranjai started their career as a Software Engineer at Directi in 2010 and worked there until 2013. Ranjai then joined Expedia as a Software Development Engineer - II for six months in 2013. In 2014, they worked as a Product Manager at Flipkart.com for a brief period of two months. Ranjai then transitioned to Snapdeal as an Associate Product Manager for seven months in 2015. After that, they took on the role of Technology Product Head at GoPigeon for a year. In 2016, they became the Vice President Of Technology at Kissht.com and held the position until 2018. Ranjai then joined Unimoni as the Head of IT Applications from 2018 to 2019. In 2019, they worked as an Engineering Manager - Technology at MobiKwik for a period of eight months. Currently, Ranjai B. is serving as the Vice President Of Engineering at Axestrack Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd, starting from September 2020.

Ranjai B. completed their secondary education at The Doon School from 1998 to 2004, where they obtained a ISC degree in Science. Ranjai then pursued higher education and graduated from the International Institute of Information Technology Hyderabad (IIITH) from 2005 to 2010 with a B Tech degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Later, Ranjai attended the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta from 2013 to 2015, where they earned a PGDM degree specializing in Management Information Systems and General Management.
