Axia Discovery is a preclinical biotechnology company designing novel peptide medicines in silico. We use computational de-novo peptide design to create proprietary drug candidates against high-value targets — at a fraction of the time and cost of conventional discovery.

Our beachhead is radioligand therapy (RLT), one of oncology's fastest-growing modalities. We design de-novo cyclic-peptide targeting ligands — novel tumor antigens that extend the RLT franchise beyond established targets like PSMA and SSTR — conjugatable for ¹⁷⁷Lu / ²²⁵Ac therapy and ⁶⁸Ga companion diagnostics.

From there we've diversified fast: a multi-asset estate of 9 US provisional patents across four therapeutic areas — RLT-oncology, CNS, cardiometabolic, and renal disease — novel, ownable compositions, first-to-file by design, built capital-light.
