Benjamín Gil has had a diverse range of work experiences. Benjamín started their career at Young & Rubicam as an Assistant Accounts Manager, where they managed key accounts such as Danone, Amnesty International, Megatone, and Greenpeace. After two years, they were promoted to Key Accounts Executive, taking on additional responsibilities and continuing to work with the same clients. In 2011, Benjamín joined McCann Erickson as a Regional Account Supervisor, overseeing the Mastercard regional account and managing other clients in Argentina, Chile, Peru, and Miami.

In 2013, Benjamín co-founded KIBAMBOO, an Executive Coaching Consultant Firm, where they organized and executed team-building programs and provided individual and group coaching sessions. Following this, they joined Axialent in 2014 as part of the Axialent Faculty Network. In this role, they focused on developing and managing business opportunities in the Catalunya region.

After a year, Benjamín joined PAEZ in 2015 as a Global Trade Marketing professional, responsible for creating and managing trade marketing materials, implementing marketing calendars, and ensuring project deadlines and budgets were met.

More recently, Benjamín has returned to Axialent, this time as the Head of Marketing since June 2020. In this position, they lead the marketing efforts of the company.

Benjamín Gil completed their education history with a Master's degree in Executive and Personal Coaching from Universitat Pompeu Fabra, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013.
