Simon Douinaud

Simon Douinaud is currently the Responsable des Richesses Humaines at APX Intégration within Axians, part of VINCI Energies, where they contribute to the intersection of human resources and digital transformation. Previously, they held various roles in human resources, including as a Human Resources Project Manager at VINCI Energies Europe, where they coordinated HR development projects across multiple countries. Simon completed a Master's degree in Strategic Management of Human Resources at ESDES Lyon Business School, along with studies at the University of Cumbria. Their earlier experience includes positions at ATR and Airbus Defence and Space, where they focused on project management and employee integration.
