Axias Global is an offshoot of Rasad Nigeria Limited, a family-led agro-commodity trading enterprise with over 30 years of experience in Nigeria’s agricultural sector. Building on this deep trading heritage, Axias represents the next evolution of the business—combining decades of market knowledge with innovation, sustainability, and long-term value creation.

At its core, Axias Global is an origin-focused commodity trading company, aggregating and supplying cocoa and other agricultural commodities to international buyers through transparent, reliable, and commercially disciplined trade relationships. Beyond trading, Axias is intentionally integrated across the value chain to unlock additional value at origin.

Through Cocoaly, our circular innovation arm, we focus on the upcycling of cocoa waste, converting by-products such as cocoa pods and pulp into higher-value outputs including biochar, kook juice, and other sustainable inputs. This approach reduces waste, improves environmental outcomes, and creates new income streams linked directly to cocoa production.

Axias Global is also developing capabilities in processing, enabling greater local value addition and positioning Nigerian cocoa more competitively within global supply chains. Complementing this, our haulage and logistics operations provide end-to-end movement of goods from farm gate to market, improving efficiency, traceability, and cost control.
