Grant Schaffer is a skilled consultant and facility assessor with over 40 years of experience in mechanical and plumbing industries. Currently serving as a Preconstruction Manager at COUTS, Grant focuses on project controls and preconstruction services, ensuring alignment with budgets and schedules. Previously, Grant held various leadership roles, including Senior Preconstruction Director and MEP Superintendent, and served in the U.S. Air Force as a Weapons Technician.
