Josh Thomas

Josh Thomas has extensive experience in the construction industry, with a focus on preconstruction, estimating, and purchasing functions. Beginning as a Junior Project Manager at Double T Contracting LLC from 2001 to 2007, Josh specialized in managing small-to-mid-sized projects. After serving as a Senior Estimator at Slone Associates, Inc. from 2011 to 2015, Josh held positions including Director of Preconstruction at Lichty Commercial Construction, Inc. and Tri South Contractors, overseeing various construction projects. Josh also worked as Director of Purchasing for Peachtree Residential Properties, where responsibilities included vendor selection and pricing strategies. Currently, Josh serves as Lead Cost Manager at Axias. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from Georgia Southern University.
