Mark Bollard is currently a Senior Systems Engineer at ARES Corporation, managing and implementing the NASA Lean Six Sigma program at the Goddard Space Flight Center to enhance efficiency and compliance. Previously, Mark served as Program Manager for Honeywell, overseeing contractor responsibilities related to Safety and Mission Assurance at NASA GSFC. With experience as a Lead Black Belt and extensive training in quality management systems, Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and degrees in Economics and Government from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania, as well as an education in Computer Technologies from San Jacinto College.
