Paul Armstrong

Paul Armstrong is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in quality engineering and manufacturing within the aerospace sector. Currently serving as the Certification Team Manufacturing and Quality Supervisor at Axient since January 2021, Paul leads a team responsible for the verification and certification of the Vulcan Launch Vehicle. In addition, Paul holds a position as Senior Quality Engineer at Millennium Engineering and Integration, overseeing the certification program for new entrants. Previous roles include Lead Quality Engineer at NAVAIR, where management of the Fleet Readiness Center East Quality Management System was a primary focus, and Chemist, where operational procedures and quality control were established for laboratory services. Earlier experience also includes work as a Materials Chemist at United Space Alliance and research roles at the University of Central Florida. Paul earned a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School and holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the University of Central Florida.
