Maxence Gossard

Maxence Gossard currently holds the position of Responsable de Pôle Parachèvement at AXILONE GROUP since July 2022, overseeing the development and industrialization of cosmetic packaging products, including finishing operations such as varnishing, metallization, and assembly. Prior to this role, Maxence served as Responsable Unité Autonome de Production Parachèvement at AXILONE GROUP, and prior to that, worked at Hutchinson as the head of an autonomous production unit specializing in stamping and surface treatment. Maxence's earlier experience includes production supervision at Faurecia, temporary production roles at Smurfit Kappa and Chamtor, and a design internship at Arden-Vérins. Maxence holds an engineering degree in industrial engineering from ECAM Louis de Broglie and has completed various levels of education focused on mechanical engineering and sciences.
