Catie Smith is currently serving as the Chief People and Partnerships Officer at Axim Collaborative, also holding the title of Interim Chief Operating Officer. Prior to this, Catie was at Harvard University for several years in various leadership roles, including Managing Director and Interim University Chief Information Officer. With a background in education and consulting, Catie has a strong foundation from their time at Year Up and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Catie holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School, and a BA in Psychology from Harvard University.
