PushpaBalaji Pushpavanam has worked for six companies in the software engineering industry since 2002. Amadasoft India., a subsidiary of AMADA Japan, was their first employer, where they worked as a Software Developer from 2002-2005. Pushpavanam then worked as a Software Consultant for SEDC from 2005-2006, and a Developer for SNAP Inc. from 2005-2006. From 2006-2013, they worked at Blue Frog Solutions Inc. as a Technical Lead, Senior Developer, and Developer. Finally, Pushpavanam worked at Aplifi (formerly Blue Frog Solutions Inc.) from 2013-2014 as a Development Manager, and at Aximsoft from 2014-present as Executive VP of Engineering, Vice President Of Engineering, Senior Director Engineering, Director Engineering, and Software Architect.

PushpaBalaji Pushpavanam obtained a BE in Computer Science and Engineering from Madurai Kamaraj University from 1997 to 2001. Subsequently, PushpaBalaji Pushpavanam obtained an MBA in Marketing Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University from 2002 to 2004.
