Cory Faust

Cory Faust has a diverse work experience in the field of information security and cyber risk management. Cory is currently working at Axio as a Senior Engineer, Cyber Risk Engineering since October 2019. Before that, they were employed at Iron Vine Security as an Information Security and Privacy Analyst from April 2017 to October 2019. Prior to that, Cory worked at TSC Advantage as a Cyber Risk Consultant and Supply Chain Risk Management Subject Matter Expert from September 2012 to April 2017. Cory specialized in identifying vulnerabilities to intellectual property and trade secrets, with a particular focus on third-party threats. Cory also served in the US Army Reserves as an Intelligence Analyst from September 2007 to September 2015. Additionally, they worked at BAE Systems as an Intelligence Analyst from November 2009 to September 2012, where they conducted in-depth analysis on threat actors and researched threats to US Department of Defense networks and counterfeit components in the US government supply chain.

Cory Faust obtained an Associate's of Applied Science degree in Intelligence Operations from Cochise College in 2016. Prior to that, there is no available information regarding their education history. In addition to their degree, Cory Faust has obtained several certifications. They became a Certified Third Party Risk Professional (CTPRP) through Shared Assessments in June 2016 and an Insider Threat Program Manager through the Software Engineering Institute at Carnegie Mellon University in March 2016.
