A recent Hackett survey revealed that nearly 70% of Procurement Professionals are frustrated with their free-text and current catalog sourcing model, and are looking to change. Reinforcing this, PwC estimates that 76% of Enterprise Procurement teams will be involved in a Digital Procurement Transformation Project by 2027 (up from 36% today). Increasingly, as part of this transformation, Enterprise organisations are raising the bar in terms of their targets for the automation of their Indirect Spend categories, to up to 90%.
