Chad Dillard

Chad Dillard has extensive experience in leadership roles within client solutions and talent management. Dillard served as Senior Director of Client Solutions at Axiom Path from June 2022 to January 2024, and held the position of Senior Vice President and Managing Director of RPO at Pacer Staffing LLC from January 2024 to May 2025. Prior to this, Dillard was Director of Strategic Client Solutions at ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions from January 2018 to June 2022, where responsibilities also included overseeing client delivery. Dillard's career began at SPX FLOW, Inc. as Director of Talent Sourcing from February 2011 to September 2017. Dillard's educational foundation includes studies at the College of the Air Force.
