Stephen Mann

Stephen Mann is a Mechanical Engineer at Axiom Space, with concurrent experience as a Mechanical Engineering Co-op at Sierra Space since June 2023. Prior roles include System Engineering Co-op at Collins Aerospace and Additive Design and Manufacturing Intern at Danfoss Power Solutions. Mann has demonstrated expertise in additive manufacturing processes, rocket engine testing, and spacecraft system design. As Rocket Team Lead and Technical Advisor for the NASA Student Launch Competition, Mann has successfully led a team in designing a competition rocket, achieving notable accolades including 2nd place in the altitude competition and winning the Relativity Space 3D printing award. Mann holds a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Iowa State University, expected in May 2024.
