Michael Lebrun

Michael LeBrun is an Associate Commercial Counsel at Axios since April 2022, with additional experience at Axios HQ in a shared services role. Prior to this, Michael served as the Legal Compliance Manager at Skillsoft from September 2014 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing a global insurance portfolio, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and export regulations. Michael has held various legal and customer service positions, including legal internships at the City of Concord Solicitor's Office and New Hampshire Ball Bearings, and roles at Brookstone and Market Basket. Michael holds a Juris Doctor from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law, specializing in Business Law, Corporate Transactions, and Intellectual Property Law, as well as a BS in Business Administration from Plymouth State University.
