Chris McCarthy is a seasoned psychologist with extensive experience in various roles within the field. Currently serving as a Senior Psychologist at Axis since June 2021, Chris has previously worked as a psychologist at VOICE - Psychologists & Allied Professionals and held a research assistant position at Griffith University. While at Griffith, Chris contributed to research on international mobility and the factors influencing women's participation in international assignments. Additional experience includes working as a Project Associate Consultant at Chandler Macleod Group and a Consultant at the Work and Organisational Resilience Centre, where Chris developed training resources. Earlier roles included a supervisory position as Duty Manager at Headland Golf Club, providing support to new staff members. Chris holds a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and multiple degrees in Psychology from Griffith University and the University of the Sunshine Coast.
