Michael Tew

Michael Tew is an experienced professional with a strong background in physiotherapy and business management. Currently serving as the Head of People, Customer Excellence & Risk at Axis since January 2012, Michael has expertise in providing workplace physiotherapy services, including onsite care and musculoskeletal assessments. Additionally, Michael is pursuing an MBA at UQ Business School, expected to complete in 2026. Previously, Michael worked as a physiotherapist at Backfocus Physiotherapy and Results Physiotherapy at Sleeman Sports Complex, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from The University of Queensland, as well as two Graduate Diplomas in Occupational Health and Safety from QUT.
