Alan S. has extensive experience in technical training and sales engineering within the field of video surveillance and access control solutions. Since September 2014, Alan has held various roles at Axis Communications, transitioning from Solutions Engineer to Field Sales Engineer and Technical Trainer, specializing in enterprise pre-sales support and key account management. Responsibilities included providing market feedback for product development, managing pre-sales activities, conducting technical training sessions, and supporting product launches. Prior to Axis Communications, Alan worked as an IT professional consultant and held training and support roles with Sony Electronics, where skills in technical training program development and customer support were honed. A background in the United States Marine Corps further complements Alan's leadership and teamwork abilities. Alan holds an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Santiago Canyon College.
