Alisha Blair possesses a diverse background in management, sales, and coaching, with significant roles across various organizations. Starting as Head Varsity Dance Coach at Albuquerque Public Schools from July 2012 to May 2017, Alisha transitioned to the coffee industry as General Manager at New Mexico Piñon Coffee from 2015 to 2017.
