Anders Drott

Anders Drott is an experienced professional currently serving as the Operations Development and Innovation Lab Manager at Axis Communications, where responsibilities include leading the Innovation Lab and contributing to strategy development and project portfolio management. With a background in project management for both R&D fixed domes cameras and accessories, Anders has a strong focus on industrialization and supply chain management. Previously, Anders held positions at Anoto as a Quality & Environmental Manager and at Axis Communications as a Quality & Environmental Engineer. In addition to current roles, Anders serves on the Supervisory Board for X-Lab at Lund University, promoting innovation and creativity. Educational qualifications include a degree from Luleå University of Technology and various leadership and coaching programs.
