Atle Ehrlin

Atle Ehrlin is an experienced Human Resources professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager for Sweden at Axis Communications since September 2018, Atle has previously held various HR roles, including HR Business Partner and Interim Manager HR Helpdesk. Prior experience includes a decade at Alfa Laval, where Atle worked as Manager Employee Relations, Labour Law Champion, and HR Generalist, among other positions. Earlier in the career, Atle gained foundational HR experience as an HR Assistant at Sony Ericsson and worked as a Security Guard at G4S. Atle holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Science with a focus on Human Resource Management from Lund University, completed in 2006.
