Cindy Wee

Cindy Wee is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple regions in Asia Pacific. Currently serving as the HR Director for Axis Communications since March 2014, Cindy plays a key role in the APAC Head Region Management, focusing on developing engaged and growth-oriented professionals. Previous positions include Regional Human Resource Manager for South Asia Pacific at Axis Communications and the Regional Resourcing Leader for Asia at Marsh (Singapore) Pte Ltd, where Cindy established resourcing strategies. With a strong foundation in human resources management gained from earlier roles at Marsh and other companies, Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the National University of Singapore, along with professional coaching certification and a postgraduate diploma in HR management.
