Irina B. has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Manager of Group People Attraction & Development at Axis Communications since April 2014. In this role, Irina collaborates with the Global HR team to implement HR activities as an HR generalist, focusing on areas such as performance management, HR policy implementation, corporate culture enhancement, and talent management. Prior to Axis Communications, Irina worked at PwC from October 2005 to October 2013 in various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager and Global Mobility Manager. Irina holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Kingston University, completed between 2009 and 2011.
