Loubna IMENCHAL is an award-winning sales leader with over 22 years of experience in technology, AI, cloud, and cybersecurity across the EMEA region. Currently serving as the VP/Managing Director at Axis Communications, Loubna oversees operations across 72 countries with full P&L accountability. Previously, Loubna held significant roles at Logitech, Honeywell, and FedEx, where they implemented innovative strategies that led to substantial growth in various markets. Loubna has a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Oxford and serves on the advisory board of Al Akhawayn University. As a public speaker and advocate for diversity and inclusion, Loubna actively promotes ESG initiatives.
