Zhe Chen has a wealth of experience in various roles and industries. Zhe started their career at Schneider Electric in 2003, where they worked as an Experienced Customer Specialist, focusing on business development in the Oil/Gas and Railway industries. Zhe then took on the role of Key Account Manager, enhancing the company's strategic relationship with top distributors and implementing customized business plans. Later, Zhe became the North Regional Manager, leading a team responsible for distributor sales achievements and managing the regional distributor network. Zhe also served as a Distributor Customer Manager, formulating distribution channel policies and managing pricing and promotion programs. In 2011, Zhe joined Beijing Lituo Energy Engineering Technology Co., Ltd. as the Vice General Manager. In this role, they worked on project planning and deployment of waste heat recovery generation and explored business opportunities in the Oil & Gas energy efficiency sector. Currently, Zhe is the Channel Sales Director at Axis Communications, where they define the local channel strategy and manages pricing, processes, and channel development. Zhe is responsible for achieving overall sale-in/out targets.

Zhe Chen completed a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University between 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the same university between 1996 and 2000.
