Axis Advisory (formerly CTJ Consultoria) is a boutique strategy consulting firm headquartered in Maputo, Mozambique, built for Africa's most complex business realities with operations and partners across Africa, Europe and the Americas.
We are a senior team. Every engagement is led directly by partners with 30 years of experience each at organisations such as Accenture, Arthur Andersen, TIM, Vale, FNB/RMB. We bring no templates. We co-create precision solutions tailored to your context, and we share the risk.

Our three practice areas:
- Strategy: Market entry, M&A, post-merger integration, organisational design, treasury optimisation
- Business Development: Capital investments, venture setup, structured finance, go-to-market
- Enterprise Services: AI-driven process automation, finance & accounting BPO, programme management

We work and partner with multinationals, financial institutions, energy companies and emerging market investors across Mozambique, South Africa, Botswana, Zambia, Portugal, Brazil and the US.
Our approach is simple: we generate value first and share in it. No billable hours timekeeping. No generic presentations. Tangible results, always.
If you are navigating a strategic inflection, an acquisition, growth or market entry, transformation, performance and process enhancements or major capital decision - we are the partners you want in the room.
