Nirjara is currently the AVP of Trade Product Sales at Axis Bank. They previously held roles as a Manager in Commercial Banking at ICICI Bank and as an AVP of Client Relations and Operations at RedQuanta, where they focused on client retention and project execution. Nirjara started their career as a Quality Analyst at TCS, monitoring compliance and quality assurance in banking processes. They obtained a PGDM in Finance and Financial Management Services from the Welingkar Institute of Management.
