Sneha Kumar is an accomplished credit professional with over 14 years of experience in credit appraisal and documentation for SME and mid-corporate segments. They have served in various capacities, including Deputy Manager at the National Dairy Development Board and Manager of Credit at Bharatiya Mahila Bank. Currently, Sneha is the Area Credit Head at Axis Bank, where they lead a team of analysts and assist in structuring asset relationships. Sneha was identified as part of the Axis Talent Pool Astros for leadership and has also completed an Executive Programme in Fintech Banking and Applied Risk Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
