Suchitra Ramesh

Suchitra Ramesh is an experienced professional in service management and training with a diverse background in the banking sector. Starting a career at Citigroup as a Service Quality Manager, Suchitra later served as Head of Branch Service at The Royal Bank of Scotland, where leadership of branch services in Bangalore was key. Further experience includes a role as Regional Service Head at RBL Bank, focusing on service management frameworks and quality training. Recently, Suchitra was involved as a Regional Training and Quality Manager at Axis Bank. Additionally, from May 2020 to September 2021, Suchitra worked as an Independent Consultant, Corporate Trainer, and Coach while holding a B.Sc in Science from Bangalore University.
