Barbara E. Leverette

Barbara E. Leverette has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Barbara E. began their career at Caesars Entertainment Corporation in 1994, where they worked as the Director of Payroll Operations for over a decade. In 2006, they joined the University of New Orleans as a Payroll Manager, a position they held until 2010. Leverette then moved to Kaplan, where they served as the Director of Payroll from 2010 to 2015. Barbara E. subsequently joined AXIS (AXIS Capital), starting as the Director of Global Payroll in 2015. Leverette was promoted within the company, taking on the role of Head of Global Payroll & Benefits Operations from 2021 to 2023. Currently, they hold the position of Global Head of People Operations at AXIS (AXIS Capital).

Barbara E. Leverette holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management and Accounting from Mississippi Valley State University. Barbara E. also completed coursework in Project Management at Kaplan University.
