Celeste Cook

Celeste Cook is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations within the insurance and reinsurance sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Operations Officer at AXIS Capital since March 2023, Celeste previously held the position of Reinsurance Chief Operating Officer at Starr Insurance Companies from May 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, Celeste was the Senior Vice President of the Operations Division at Navigators Group from August 2006 to May 2021. Additionally, Celeste gained valuable experience as a Vice President at General Reinsurance and Gen Re from 1986 to 2006. Celeste's educational background includes studies at Southern Methodist University from 1983 to 1987.
