Chase McCarthy

Chase McCarthy has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Chase is currently working as a Strategic Delivery Lead for Workplace Productivity at AXIS Capital since October 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Chubb, starting as a Chief Architect for Personal Risk Services after the ACE/Chubb merger in 2015. Chase also served as the Division CIO for Commercial Insurance - Middle Markets at Chubb from August 2018 to September 2021.

Before joining Chubb, Chase worked as a Senior Consultant at MCC Consult from February 2012 to July 2018, where they provided business technology strategy and consulting services for various clients. Chase was also involved in advisory roles for startup companies in different sectors, including renewable energy technology and ecommerce.

Chase's earlier experience includes serving as the CEO Council member at the Florida Institute for the Commercialization of Public Research from June 2012 to December 2015. Chase also held leadership positions at Aspen Grove, Inc, Stanford Financial Group Global Management, LLC, Stanford Financial Group, Islands Club, LLC, Amadeus, and MCC Services, where they gained expertise in areas such as operations, information technology, and environmental policy.

Additionally, they have a Bachelor's degree in Dual Degrees in Environmental Design and English from the University of California, Berkeley. Chase has obtained various certifications including Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., PMP - Project Management Professional from PMI, CISSP - Certified Information Systems Security Professional from ISC2, and Lean Six Sigma - Yellow Belt from Know Ware Global. Chase has also completed multiple online courses in areas such as Agile Design Thinking, Social Media Analytics, and Marketing Insights.
