Coleen Sinclair

Coleen Sinclair has over 30 years of work experience in the financial industry. Coleen is currently working as the Risk Funding Solutions Lead at AXIS Capital since December 2021. Prior to that, they served as an Assistant Vice President at Genpact from May 2019 to September 2021, where they were tasked with developing custom interim Ceded Reinsurance and Retrocession solutions. Additionally, they worked as the GRS Technology Team Leader at Genpact from December 2016 to May 2019, managing BPO reinsurance processing for a mid-size specialty P&C company.

Before joining Genpact, Coleen held the role of Senior Solutions Specialist at Inpoint, an Aon business, from March 2001 to December 2016. During their time there, they provided consulting services and business processing outsource services to various clients. Coleen also worked at TIG Insurance as a Senior Analyst from August 1999 to March 2001, where they led a team responsible for reinsurance reconciliations and optimized processes for timely collections.

Coleen started their career at KPMG US as a Cash Operations Supervisor from January 1994 to March 1998, overseeing expense billings and inter-company transfers. Coleen then joined HomeChoice as a Treasury Manager from March 1998 to August 1999, where they managed a team of 10 and implemented a deposit validation program to increase cash flow. Prior to that, they worked as a Cost Accountant and Treasury Accountant at Triangle Pacific Corp from August 1987 to January 1994, handling corporate accounts payable and receivables. Throughout their career, Coleen has demonstrated their expertise in risk funding solutions, reinsurance processing, and financial management.

Coleen Sinclair attended the University of North Texas in 1985 and studied accounting.
