Jacqueline Pearson

Jacqueline Pearson has extensive work experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Jacqueline started their career in 1988 as a Reinsurance Administration Manager at Ardenia SA, where they managed technical reinsurance accounting and handled reinsurance claims. Jacqueline then moved on to Eurocaptive Management SA in 1992, where they served as an Account Executive responsible for technical and financial accounting for captive reinsurance companies. In 1995, they joined Unison Management as a Client Service Manager. Jacqueline later worked as a Senior Account Manager at Marsh & McLennan Companies in 1997. From 1999 to 2018, they were employed at AIG as a Senior Manager, overseeing global reinsurance operations and customer relations. Their current role is Head of Operations at AXIS Capital, where they have been since 2019.

Jacqueline Pearson attended Camps Bay High School in Cape Town, South Africa from 1978 to 1982. Jacqueline obtained Matriculation as their degree during this period.
