Mark Hoffman is an experienced marine claims professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Marine Claims Manager at AXIS Capital since September 2018, Mark has developed a strong expertise in the management and handling of complex claims. Prior to this role, Mark held managerial positions at The Navigators Group, Inc. and Groupama Transport / Gan Eurocourtage, where responsibilities included running Claims Departments and providing technical support to international offices. Mark began the career as a Claims Assistant at Bowring Camper & Nicholson and progressed to become a Senior Claims Adjuster at RSA, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of increased responsibility within the marine insurance sector.
