Stephen Ridgers is currently the Head of EAR for Construction at AXIS Capital, a role they have held since 2025. Prior to this, Stephen served as the Head of Construction MidCorp at Allianz Commercial from 2024 to 2025. Their experience also includes significant leadership positions at Liberty Specialty Markets from 2004 to 2018, where they progressed from Senior Underwriter to Underwriting Manager and eventually served as the Underwriting Manager & Construction Regional Product Leader in London. Additionally, Stephen was the Chairman of the London Engineering Group (LEG) from 2017 to 2018.
