Will Kendon has extensive experience in the underwriting and insurance sectors, currently serving as Head of Underwriting Oversight at AXIS Capital since April 2018, where responsibilities include the integration of best practices and management information to enhance underwriting performance. Prior roles include Underwriting Performance Manager at Novae, where performance metrics were delivered in alignment with Lloyd’s Syndicate Business Plan, and various positions at Amlin, focusing on portfolio management and underwriting operations. Prior to these roles, experiences at Lloyd's of London involved oversight of underwriting performance, along with a range of administrative positions in insurance and an operations management role in the music industry.
