Chris Haynes

Chris Haynes is an experienced professional in bid management and graphic design, currently serving as the Group Head of Bids at Axis CLC since December 2024, where responsibilities include leading a team of 25 bid professionals. Prior to this role, Chris was the Director of Bids at ISG from May 2010 to September 2024, overseeing bid resources across the UK and ensuring the organization’s competitive advantage. Chris progressed through various positions at ISG, including Group Head of Bid Management, Head of Proposals, and Senior Proposals Manager, focusing on strategic leadership and team development. Chris began a career in graphic design as a Junior Graphic Designer at Strike Force and later at Trueform Group, where tasks encompassed brand development and production of tender proposals. Chris holds a 2.1 degree in Graphic Design from Bath Spa University.
