Mark Decker

Mark Decker is a seasoned leader in product management and customer success, currently serving as Vice President of Product Management at AxisCare Home Care Software since September 2021. Mark previously held roles at CARECENTA as Customer Success and Product Leader, where significant improvements in customer engagement were achieved. At Brightree, Mark built a customer success team and oversaw product management for home health and hospice, contributing to strategic product direction and market launches. Earlier experiences include leading product and software development at CareAnyware, where a team of developers was established, and directing software development at EHC Technologies, Inc. with a focus on mobile healthcare solutions. Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from North Carolina State University.
