Stan Luhr has held a variety of roles in the construction and home building industry. In 1976, they became the owner of RHULE CONSTRUCTION CO INC. In 1983, they became the President of Pacific Property Consultants, Inc., a nationally regarded forensic and building science firm. In 1988, they became the President of Rhule Construction Co Inc., a family-owned San Diego contractor. In 1994, they founded and became the CEO of Quality Built, providing risk management and quality assurance services to the construction and home building industry. In 2011, they became the CEO of AxisPointe, which serves builders and the insurance industry in the U.S. and Canada with leading edge technology solutions.
Stan Luhr attended Grossmont College but did not receive a degree.
