Leticia Campos is the Directora de Capital Humano y Desarrollo Organizacional at Axity, where they have managed talent and strengthened organizational culture since 2019. With over 20 years of experience in Talent Management and Change Management, Leticia has held executive leadership positions for more than 7 years, focusing on high-performance team building. They previously directed human resources at Genomma Lab, overseeing cultural transformation across Latin America, and held other key HR roles at companies like Bonafont and Quala Mexico. Leticia holds diplomas in Administration and Business Management from Universidad Iberoamericana and in Human Resource Management from Universidad Anáhuac Mexico.
