Sameeul B Samee

Sameeul B Samee is a seasoned software engineering manager currently leading a team at Axle Informatics to develop open-source tools for biomedical research at NCATS/NIH. Previously held roles include senior software engineer at NCATS/NIH, where contributions were made to image processing and translational science tools, and adjunct professor of mathematics at Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Sameeul has also served as a senior consultant at International TechneGroup Inc., and held various engineering roles at Siemens Digital Industries Software, focusing on numerical methods and solutions for Nastran. Early career experience includes a graduate research assistantship at the UC P&G Simulation Center and an undergraduate research assistantship at the Bangladesh Atomic Energy Commission. Sameeul holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology.
