Ernie Wallace, MS, is a results-oriented technical leader in medical device product development. They have successfully developed and released new products to market while supporting existing ones, utilizing risk-based decision tools to focus on prevention. With a proven track record of leading multi-disciplinary teams and driving the life cycle of mature products, Ernie’s expertise includes quality management, creative solutions, and customer-focused decision-making. Currently, Ernie serves as a Senior Program Manager at Axogen and has held various engineering and management roles in notable companies throughout their career. They hold a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of South Florida.
