Joyce Kim

Joyce Kim, MBA, is an accomplished business development manager currently focused on breast reconstruction at Axogen since April 2022. Previously, Joyce held key positions in sales and territory management at Symmetry Surgical and Medline Industries, achieving significant sales growth and receiving multiple awards, including the Rep of the Year Award and Sales Excellence Award in 2019. Joyce's career also includes successful roles at Hologic, Acelity, and Boehringer Ingelheim, where consistent recognition such as President's Club and Portfolio Excellence Awards was earned. Joyce began professional endeavors with Novo Nordisk A/S and Decker Communications, building a strong foundation in sales and account management. Joyce holds an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and a BA in Psychology from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
