Michael Dale is a senior medical device executive and board member with more than 30 years of leadership across cardiovascular, diabetes, neuromodulation and electrophysiology markets. They are the President and Chief Executive Officer of Axogen. Previously, they served as President, Structural Heart and Senior Vice President at Abbott from 2016 to 2024, and held board or executive roles at Enpath Medical, Neuronetics, Preceptis Medical, NeoChord, Rhythmia Medical, Helical Solutions, ATS Medical, Cyberonics, Endocardial Solutions, Edwards Lifesciences, and St. Jude Medical. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Management from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, in 1983.
