Mike Hoff

Mike Hoff is an experienced manufacturing executive with a strong background in the biotech and medical device industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Manufacturing at Axogen since May 2018, Mike oversees manufacturing operations and previously held senior roles in manufacturing engineering, where responsibilities included leading the start-up of a new biotech facility. Prior to Axogen, Mike was the Director of Project Management at NuVasive, where contributions involved the establishment of a significant medical device manufacturing site. Over 15 years at Zimmer Biomet, Mike held various leadership positions in project management and engineering, focusing on process optimization and validation. Mike began a career in engineering at Raybestos Products Company, spearheading new product launches in the automotive sector. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Indiana University's Kelley School of Business.
